By downloading or using Neon Snake ("the game"), published by mrbooz AB, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the game on any device you own or control, as permitted by the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the game or any part of it.
Neon Snake is free to play. Neon Snake Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Zen, Chaos and Duel modes, all neon skins, unlimited Daily Challenge tries and unlimited revives.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we cannot issue them ourselves.
Scores, progress and settings are stored only on your device. We collect nothing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Don't use the game unlawfully, and don't attempt to tamper with, decompile or circumvent purchases or gameplay limits.
The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mrbooz AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you keep any statutory consumer rights you have.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use of the game means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
